The confidential secretary
Administratively associated to the dean, and is responsible for the following tasks and duties:
• Issuance of confidential administrative orders and official letters of the college affairs .
• Monitoring the confidential mail in the dean office, and replying the official letters.
• Managing the confidential Incoming and outgoing.
• Following up the confidential committees that are formed within the College.
• Distributing the confidential mail by destination.
• Saving and copying the confidential archive, printing the official letters that are issued by the dean office.
• Following-up the urgent confidential letters of Dean in the Office.
• Preserving the confidential correspondence and issue outgoing numbers for them within the College.
• Achieving the similar assigned tasks.
