As an academic policy , observed by the chancellor Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammad Shahid Al-Dahan , the University of Alkafeel encourages extracurricular  activities to invest time and efforts. The Activity Department held a five-a-side football tournament at Dreamland Stadium on Monday, January 2, 2023 . All these activities are scheduled by the university to develop their skills in sports. In this regard Lectur. Dr. Saif Ali, Director of the Student Activities Department said : We participated in the five-a-side football tournament of the university .The results of the first matches were as follows:

1-College of Dentistry beats College of Pharmacy 4-1. 

 2- Department of Radiology and Sonar beats College of Human Medicine 5-1.
