Al-Kafeel University was awarded the Shield of Excellence during the participation of a group of its students and under the direct supervision of the Students Activities Department at the University Festival of Fine Arts held at Al- Basra University under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority on Wednesday 1/12/2021.

Shields and certificates were distributed to universities and colleges participating in the University Festival of Fine Arts. The Director of the Sports Activities Division, Dr. Saif Ali Hussein, received the shield of participation in the festival.  Al-Kafeel University Team consisting of the students: Shahd Ali Hadi and Sadiq Jaafar Razzaq from the College of Medical and Health Technologies, the student Ahmed Maitham Najm from the College of Technical Engineering and the student Fatima Muhammad Mahdi from the College of Pharmacy, received the Excellence Shield.
