The teacher, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim Hatem Al-Hasnawi, the assistant dean for scientific affairs, on Wednesday, 9/6/2021, and was attended by the Dean of the College and a number of faculty members.

The researcher addressed that freedom of opinion and expression is one of the basic freedoms upon which the constitutional democratic system is based. It is an important pillar of good governance, and it is the means for the establishment of the constitutional state in a realistic manner that expresses the aspirations and interests of all classes of people. Freedom of opinion and expression includes two complementary rights: The right to freedom of opinion, and the right to freedom of expression, and it is not possible to separate them in the text, or practice one without the other. Freedom of expression is a reflection of freedom of opinion, according to which the individual moves from the stage of embracing an opinion to the stage of expressing its content, and transferring it to others, in a physical appearance., by any means of publicity, after it was just a thought locked in the consciousness.
