The College of Medicine at AlKafeel University was founded in 2022, accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It seeks to provide Iraqi society with qualified doctors to diagnose and treat health problems. It is very keen to prepare doctors with high professional ethics, as well as possessing scientific skills and capabilities in their field of specialisation. The duration of study is six years in English for the morning study. In the current academic year (2022-2023), the Faculty received 162 students,  93 of whom were male students and 69 were female students. The graduates are awarded a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and General Surgery, M.B.Ch.B. They are qualified to practice general medicine in various medical and educational institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. They are also qualified to complete their postgraduate studies in various medical or academic specializations.

The College of Dentistry at AlKafeel University was established in 2011 and is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The college seeks to provide the community with dentists with a high level of scientific competence. The study period is five years in English Language for Morning study mode only. In this academic year (2022-2023), the college received 296 students, where 107 were male students compared to 189 female students. Graduates from the college are granted a bachelor's degree in dentistry, which qualifies them to work in the dental profession and enable them to complete postgraduate studies (higher diploma - master's and doctorate).

The college was established in 2016 and is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It aims to prepare solid scientific pharmacists, capable of providing the highest levels of pharmaceutical and medical services and keeping abreast of scientific developments. The study extends for five years in English Language for morning studies only. In the academic year (2022-2023), the college received 364 male and female students. The number of male students reached 225 compared to 139 females. The graduates are granted a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, which qualifies them to practice the profession of pharmacy and complete postgraduate studies (high diploma, master's and doctorate).

The college was established in 2011 and is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It seeks to prepare specialized and supportive technical cadres and cadres for various medical specialties, to work in governmental and private medical laboratories, and to conduct laboratory analyzes and clinical chemical examinations. As the study extends to four years in English for the morning and evening studies, and in the academic year (2022-2023), the college received 897 students for the morning and evening studies, with an average of 286 males and 611 females. The graduate is granted a bachelor’s degree that enables him to work in hospitals and medical and health centers, and qualifies him to complete postgraduate studies (Master’s and PhD).

It was established in 2007 and is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and includes the Department of Computer Technology Engineering. The college is concerned with the study of specialized knowledge in computer technology engineering, as the study extends for four years in English for both morning and evening study modes. The college has received 81 male and female students for the academic year (2022-2023), where the number of males is 56 and the number of females is 25. The graduates are granted a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology Engineering that qualifies them to practice the profession of a computer engineer in the public and private sectors, in addition to completing postgraduate studies (Master’s and PhD).

The college was established in 2004, and it is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It deals with the study of law in its various fields (Iraqi laws, comparative laws, and legal codes) as well as its practical application in Iraqi courts. The programme is conducted in the Arabic Language and for both morning and evening study modes. In the academic year (2022-2023), the college received 31 students, where the number of males were 21 and the number of females were 10. The graduates are granted a Bachelor’s Degree in Law after successful completion of the Four years long academic program. The qualified graduates are permitted to work in the legal field as a profession. Advocacy or working as a jurist in government official departments and other institutions of legal businesses. Graduates may also complete postgraduate studies (Masters and Ph.D.).
