The College of Technical Engineering at Al-Kafeel University held a seminar entitled (Optical Image Processing), in which the assistant professor, Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Al-Birmani, lecturer in the college, gave a lecture on Wednesday 16/06/2021, and was attended by the Dean of the College and a number of faculty members.
Where the researcher dealt with the image processing and the techniques used in it, as well as talked about the spectral signature and its importance and use in issues of remote sensitivity in agriculture and industry.
