The College of Law at Al-Kafeel University organized a Seminar entitled: Mechanisms for the Dissemination of International Humanitarian Law between Theory and Practice, in collaboration with the Training and Continuing Education Unit, on Saturday, 11/12/2021, presented by Mr. Abu Talib Hashim Ahmed, in the presence of the college's teaching staff. 

The seminar introduced the goal of International Humanitarian Law, which aims to protect and respect human rights during armed conflicts and wars. This goal cannot be achieved merely by concluding and joining international conventions, but it can be achieved by including the international conventions with mechanisms that ensure the application and respect of  the international humanitarian law in all circumstances.
