The College of Medical and Health Technologies organized a seminar entitled: Smoking and Community Health on Monday 13/12/2021 presented by Prof. Dr. Hussain Al-Bakka and the lecturer Muhammad Reda Al-Sharifi. The seminar included introducing the harmful effects of smoking and its impact on community health as well as the most important treatments to limit its spread, such as banning tobacco advertising, would lead to a decrease in its consumption, and spreading health awareness to warn of the dangers of tobacco to humans.
