Al-Kafeel University organized a workshop on Demonstration of the Smart Rooms Project,  in cooperation with Julphar Pharmaceutical Factory, Al-Ameed Intellectual and Scientific Association, and the Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital, in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Firas Kamel Muhammad Al-Asfour, vice-chancellor of the University for Administrative Affairs, Deans of Colleges, and the teaching staff at our University, presented by Dr. Abdullah Hammoud Al-Badri on Wednesday, 29/12/2021.

Al-Badri explained that a new concept dominates health care in hospitals, which is the concept of comprehensive and smart rooms in an advanced hospital environment that ensures patient safety and access to accurate medical care, in addition to improving the workflow for the medical staff. Smart patient rooms depend on linking medical devices in the patient room electronically with the patient’s file.

This contributes to raising the level of health care provided to patients in terms of providing smart ways to communicate with service providers and other parties.
