The College of Technical Engineering at University of Alkafeel held a seminar on "Blended Learning" on Monday, September 30, 2024, led by Asst. Prof. Ali Jassim Ramadan, the dean of the college. The seminar aimed to highlight blended learning methods and how to combine traditional in-person education with e-learning, which has become an integral part of modern educational systems.
The session was attended by several faculty members and covered key topics : challenges of blended learning and ways to overcome them. It also discussed the factors contributing to the success of this educational approach and its advantages. The discussions focused on modern technologies that enhance interactive learning experiences, including the role of artificial intelligence in improving educational quality and advancing the learning process.
At the end of the seminar, Ass. Prof. Ali Jassim Ramadan recommended expanding the application of blended learning strategies in the curriculum and emphasized the importance of increasing seminars and training sessions to develop the skills of both students and faculty in this area.
It is worth noting that blended learning is a modern trend in educational institutions, combining the benefits of traditional and online learning to enhance the learning experience and achieve better educational outcomes.
