Lifelong Learning Center at University of Alkafeel finished with the second day of the training workshop, 1/22/2025, which focused on the electronic communications system. The system aims to connect the university units electronically, as it allows:

• Creating and sending official documents between colleges and administrative and scientific departments without printing them and verifying their authenticity.

• Adding footnotes to official documents easily.

• Archiving documents automatically to ensure the preservation and organization of records.

• Providing multiple features to improve the efficiency of administrative work and speed in completing tasks.

    The system was designed and programmed by the Information Technology Department at University of Alkafeel , using the latest programming languages and technologies to ensure:

• Speed in data processing.

• Confidentiality in dealing with information.

• Providing an advanced digital work environment that enhances job performance.

The workshop was presented by:

• Lect. Dr. Ali Abdul Zahra Jalil, Director of Information Technology Department.

• Asst. Lect.Ali Fouad Al-Hamami, Information Technology Department.

    The workshop stressed the importance of adopting digital transformation in universities, noting that the electronic communications system represents a qualitative step towards supporting administrative efficiency at University of Alkafeel , which keeps pace with technical developments and contributes to improving the quality of university work.
