Asst. Prof.Dr. Ali Jassim Al-Amri, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology at University of Alkafeel , held a meeting with the college staff on Monday 03/03/2025, to observe the progress of the educational process and discuss academic and administrative issues related to the joint ministerial exams for the Department of Computer Engineering Technology, the implementation of the research plan and graduation projects of fourth-stage students, to ensure achieving the highest levels of academic and research quality. During the meeting, the Dean stressed the need to intensify reviews of the curricula before exams to ensure their readiness, while adhering to the specified timelines for completing the research plan and publishing research in solid scientific journals indexed in the Scopus and Clarivate databases, which contributes to enhancing the academic classification of the college. Al-Amri also directed the need to prepare final-stage students to discuss their graduation projects and prepare to participate in the graduation projects conference organized by the university annually, stressing the importance of the role of instructors in psychological counseling and educational guidance to enhance their self-confidence and motivate them to excel academically. This meeting comes within a series of periodic meetings held by the Deanship of the College to develop academic and research performance, advocate communication between teaching and administrative bodies, and establish a supportive and stimulating educational environment for students.
