On Sunday, April 13, 2025, the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel organized a scientific panel discussion delivered by the vice-dean for academic affairs, Asst.Prof. Dr. Hassanein Shaker Mahmoud, in the meeting room and the attendees were several faculty members.
There was a focus on reviewing and evaluating exam questions according to educational quality standards, emphasizing their alignment with the approved learning outcomes. During his talk, Dr. Hassanein Shaker emphasized the importance of formulating questions accurately and clearly, and emphasized the need for a variety of questions to reflect the different levels of thinking for the students , consistency with the curriculum and fair distribution of grades.
The session witnessed active interaction from the attendees, with numerous contributions and suggestions . Such emphasizes the importance of developing assessment tools and adopting standardized question models. He also called for future workshops to contribute to improving the quality of the examination process.
At the conclusion of the session, Dr.Hassanein Shaker expressed his thanks and appreciation to the attendees, commending their continued efforts to raise the academic level and enhance the quality of educational performance at the college.
