The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation  , in collaboration with the College of Engineering Technology at University of Alkafeel , held a guidance lecture on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 : "Respect and How to Interact on Campus." The lecture was delivered by mentor. Jaafar Kazim Hussein.

The lecture aimed to promote a culture of mutual respect among students, faculty, and administrators on campus by raising awareness about the importance of ethical values in the university environment and guiding positive behaviors that contribute to creating a safe and motivational learning environment.

The lecture included interactive activities, including dialogue lectures, focusing on the need to instill the values of mutual respect among students, faculty, and administrators, with the goal of creating a healthy and safe university environment that enhances the quality of education and strengthens a sense of belonging to the educational institution.

The lecture contributed to raising the awareness of the students of the importance of respect on campus through positive interaction and active participation in the awareness activities. It was also observed that the lecture had a positive impact on their behavior and interactions with faculty and administrative staff. Based on the positive results achieved, it is recommended that such activities be organized periodically, given their significant role in promoting ethical values within the university.
