As part of its academic plans to raise the level of clinical training and develop the skills of the students , the College of Medicine at University  of Alkafeel organized a mock mastery exam for freshmen students on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in the Clinical Skills Laboratory of the college .

    The exam was conducted under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Samer Al-Hakak, and attended by vice-dean for academic affairs, Dr. Fatima Al-Bakaa. Such an exam is an assessment model based on the "Mastery Exam" mechanism adopted by international medical colleges. This method is considered one of the most modern methods for assessing the clinical competence of the students , for its accuracy, comprehensiveness, and objectivity in measuring basic clinical skills.  To assess the students more accurately and precisely , a select group of college professorswith a number of teaching assistants participated in the event. They contributed to organizing the exam sessions and ensuring their transparencyand comprehensive assessment.

As a mission , the College of Medicine at University  of Alkafeel affirms its continued commitment to applying the highest academic and scientific standards in the training and assessment of its students and grew keener and keener to prepare qualified medical personnel who can effectively serve the development of the health sector in Iraq and meet its growing needs with high efficiency and professionalism.
