On June 24, 2025, Lifelong Learning Centre at University of Alkafeel gives rise to a ministerial program to develop and qualify university leadership and human resources. The program was attended by the university president, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the scientific assistant, Prof.Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, and a number of academic figures. The program, a month period , is considered one of the most prominent strategic programs in the field of university leadership development.

    The program aims to enhance the efficiency of academic and administrative cadres with specialized courses and interactive workshops on certain topics : modern leadership, university administration and institutional planning, under the supervision of a group of specialists and experts.

    Professor Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali emphasized the importance of this program in building a conscious university leadership, praising the role of Al-Kafeel University in adopting ministerial programs that keep pace with institutional development requirements and serve the future of higher education in Iraq.

    Asst. Prof.Dr. Ahmed Baqer Ridha , Director of Lifelong Learning Centre at the university , noted that the program represents a strategic step toward empowering human resources and activating their roles in formulating effective decisions and developing the academic work environment.

   This ministerial program aligns with the vision of the university to achieve administrative and educational excellence by investing in national competencies and building generations of leaders capable of facing challenges.
