University of Alkafeel Holds Training and Qualification Course for Its Members to Be Ready for New Academic Year

     The Lifelong Learning Center at University of Alkafeel  holds a training and qualification course for university members. The course aims to enhance the mechanisms for receiving and dealing with students with the highest levels of discipline, while adhering to the tolerant spirit that characterizes the institutions of the Holy Abbas  Shrine in general and University of Alkafeel   in particular.

     The course includes developing the skills of employees in the following service divisions and units: (Men's/Women's Services Division, Machinery and Transportation Division, Maintenance Division, Agriculture Division, Civil Defense Division, Men's Information Unit, Women's Information Unit, Men's/Women's Follow-up Unit, and Security Unit).

     This course aims to provide a highly organized university environment that provides comfort for students and members, while also enhancing the efficiency of employees in various service and administrative aspects.

     The course also covers a number of important topics, most notably: effective communication skills, empowering members towards distinguished institutional performance, and developing skills and enhancing performance in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

    In this regard, Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed  Al-Mayali, vice-chancellor for academic affairs, emphasized that the university continues to develop the capabilities of its administrative and technical staff in line with its educational mission and ensuring an integrated university environment that contributes to serving students and creating an ideal environment for a distinguished academic year.

    For his part, Asst. Prof.Dr. Ahmed Baqer Sharba, Director of the Lifelong  Center at University of Alkafeel  , explained that this course falls within the framework of the commitment of university to prepare its staff in the best possible way to meet the requirements of the new academic year and provide distinguished academic and institutional services.

     The first day's lectures were delivered by Prof. Dr. Nawal Aayed  Al-Mayali and Asst .Prof. Dr. Amir Sadiq Al-Athari, vice-dean for administrative affairs at the College of Health and Medical Technology .
