University of Alkafeel concluded a three-day training and qualification course for its members : "Developing Skills and Enhancing Job Performance." The course showed the presence of a wide range of academic and administrative staff, including lecturers Muntadhar Abdul Abbas and Zulfiqar Hamid.
The focus falls on enhancing performance and workplace discipline through a set of practical instructions and guidelines : adherence to scheduled work hours, preserving public property, and maintaining the cleanliness of the university environment, thus instilling a culture of professional discipline.
The lecturers also addressed the importance of professional conduct and respect for administrative instructions. This contributes to creating a disciplined academic work environment, fosters institutional excellence, and helps achieve the missions of the university to raise performance and improve the quality of educational and administrative services.
At the conclusion of the course, Prof.Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali emphasized the importance of these training programs in developing the skills of members, noting that the university always strives to build a qualified and distinguished cadre that contributes to achieving its academic vision and advancing institutional work.
