Asst. Prof.Dr. Ali Jasim Ramadhan, Dean of the College of Technical Engineering, held a regular meeting with the faculty and administrative staff to discuss work plans for the beginning of the new academic year. The aim was to establish a clear vision that achieves academic and administrative integration, supports the university strategy, and enhances the quality of education.
The meeting included a review of the annual plan and the identification of academic and administrative objectives and the distribution of tasks among staff members to ensure effective performance. The meeting also focused on fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork for the various departments to ensure that the educational process operates according to quality standards.
The basic needs and the scheduling of academic and administrative activities were tackled and proposing ideas for improving teaching and enhancing research activities is fully discussed . The meeting emphasized the importance of creating a stimulating learning environment for students, which will contribute to developing qualified graduates who meet the needs of the local and regional community and labor market.
