On Sunday, 21 September 2025, vice-dean for administrative affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Abu Kalal, held a meeting with the new teaching assistants at the Faculty of Dentistry.  He welcomed them to the faculty and administrative staff, emphasizing the importance of their role in supporting the teaching and training process in classrooms and clinics.

     The meeting addressed the administrative and academic tasks and responsibilities assigned to the new teaching assistants, reviewing university regulations and guidelines related to their work. This ensures smooth and efficient operations, reinforces their commitment to university rules, and provides a solid foundation for their involvement in various academic and training activities.

     The meeting also provided an opportunity for the new teaching assistants to discuss their questions and concerns regarding their daily tasks and academic requirements, thus better preparing them for their future roles, strengthening their sense of belonging to the university, and reinforcing the acts of cooperation between the dean office and academic departments at the faculty. The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the importance of adhering to university rules and regulations, actively participating in the teaching and training process, encouraging academic and research development for the teaching assistants, and fostering collaboration between the dean office and the academic departments to ensure a productive and professional learning environment.
