Dr. Qassim Al-Fahham, Head of the Medical Laboratory Technology Department, met final-year students on Monday, 22 September 2025, as part of the academic orientation program and preparations for the new academic year.  The meeting aimed to prepare students for the final stage of their university studies and to discuss the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in their academic and professional careers.

     In the meeting, Dr. Qasim welcomed the students and congratulated them on reaching this crucial stage, emphasizing the importance of the final phase in honing their professional skills and transforming their theoretical knowledge into practical experience. He also highlighted the expected challenges and the necessity of sound planning to achieve excellence and success in their academic journey.

    The meeting also included a discussion of several important recommendations, most notably the importance of thorough preparation for the practical application and field training stages. These are considered the cornerstone for developing the skills of the students and transforming the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies into tangible, practical experience that enhances their employability.
