The Dean of the College of Medicine, Asst. Prof.Dr. Samer Makki Al-Hakak, and the assistants delivered a welcoming speech to third-year students on Saturday,27 September 2025, emphasizing the commitment of the Deanship to enhancing ongoing communication and supporting students throughout their academic journey.
The meeting discussed the clinical training students face at this stage, listening to their academic and administrative feedback, and emphasizing adherence to university instructions and study schedules and positive interaction with faculty.
The Dean focused on the importance of psychological and health support, explaining the role of the Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation Unit in providing consultations and support, promoting a culture of physical and mental health, and creating a balanced learning environment that encourages achievement and excellence.
The meeting concluded by emphasizing the need for integrated work between the Deanship, its academic and administrative staff, and students. He emphasized the broad-mindedness of the faculty administration to receive and serve the students, wishing them a successful academic year filled with academic achievements and success.
