The Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit at the College of Pharmacy held its regular meeting of the Educational Program Review, Evaluation, and Assessment Committee on Sunday, 19 October 2025, as part of the efforts of the college to enhance academic performance.
The meeting discussed ways to develop curricula and teaching methods in line with approved quality standards, emphasizing the importance of continuous evaluation to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and achieve learning objectives.
The committee members addressed the identification of evaluation criteria , data collection mechanisms, and the formation of specialized teams to review and update scientific content according to the requirements of the job market and pharmaceutical advancements.
The meeting concluded with several recommendations : adoption of an implementation plan with a timeline, formation of follow-up teams, and holding regular evaluation meetings to instill a culture of quality and continuous improvement among faculty members.
