The Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation Unit at the College of Medicine organized two lectures for second-year students (A and B) on Wednesday, 29 October 2025. The lectures aimed to enhance self-organization skills and effective exam preparation.
The activity included providing students with methods for time management and study organization, in addition to practical revision strategies such as verbal recitation, coding, summarizing, and periodic review to facilitate efficient information retention. The lectures also focused on adopting healthy study habits, reducing stress, and increasing concentration, in addition to understanding the psychological and behavioral factors that affect academic performance during exams.
