The Dean of the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel organized a meeting with the technical and administrative staff on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, to monitor workflow and improve administrative and technical performance in the departments and units.
The meeting was chaired by Asst. Prof.Dr. Amir Sadiq Al-Adhari, Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs. His emphasis fell on the necessity of adhering to the instructions and directives issued by the college deanship and the university administration, and of working with a sense of responsibility to enhance discipline and improve institutional performance.
The meeting also addressed the importance of staff members fulfilling their role in providing educational guidance to students, fostering positive and conscious character development, and serving as positive role models for university students in conduct, commitment, and professional ethics.
Several administrative and organizational observations were discussed to improve the work mechanisms. The meeting concluded with a number of recommendations that stressed the importance of continued performance monitoring, adherence to instructions, and activating the educational and awareness-raising role within the university environment. Finally , the importance of cooperation and teamwork in achieving the college's goals and its mission of providing an advanced and comprehensive learning environment was highly emphasized.
