The College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel held an administrative meeting on Sunday, 9 November 2025, chaired by Asst.Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Hussein Al-Mayali, Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs. The meeting aimed to enhance the administrative work environment and improve performance in the college , addressed the most prominent challenges facing the administrative and technical staff, and the ways to develop the work environment and improve communication mechanisms between the college units. This aims to contribute to raising the level of efficiency and accelerating the completion of tasks according to administrative quality standards. During the meeting, the Assistant Dean emphasized the importance of cooperation and teamwork to achieve an effective work environment that enhances the quality of institutional performance.
Focal Emphasis was placed on providing the basic requirements for research and administrative assistants to support work efficiency and enhance administrative communication between the units in the college to ensure smooth workflow and accelerate completion. In addition, periodic training workshops will be held to develop administrative and technical skills, and the implementation of administrative instructions will be monitored accurately according to approved regulations. Support was also given to development initiatives to improve the work environment, with the requirement to submit periodic reports to the Assistant Dean office detailing the level of achievement and development proposals.
