The College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel conducted its first semester practical exams in its teaching laboratories, utilizing the OSPE system, which provides a precise and organized practical assessment.
The exams were conducted smoothly, with the Dean of the College, Dr. Saad Al-Ziyadi, his assistants, and the heads of the scientific departments supervising the exam stages in attendance. This ensured the application of academic quality standards and the achievement of the assessment objectives.
The college adopted the OSPE method for conducting the exams, which contributes to enhancing the objectivity of the assessment and accurately measuring the practical skills of the students through organized training stations. Moreover such , in turn, increased interaction between students and faculty members and resulted in solid academic outcomes that support the practical aspects of the coursework.
