Based on the vision of the College of Medicine deanery at University of Alkafeel , which aims to prepare scientifically and professionally competent physicians and promote skills-based and practical medical education, the Dean office organized a constructive interactive meeting with physician research assistants on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
The meeting addressed ways to improve the training process in practical laboratories and the lab skills , and to organize and structure the curriculum in accordance with the latest academic standards to ensure a comprehensive educational experience, particularly for freshman students at the college.
In the meeting, the Deanery affirmed its commitment to supporting medical and educational staff and providing a stimulating learning environment based on partnership and integration. This commitment stems from the belief that investing early education is the cornerstone of preparing future doctors capable of serving the community and advancing the healthcare sector. This meeting is part of a series of developmental meetings through which the college seeks to establish a culture of quality and excellence and achieve its vision of leadership in medical education at both the national and regional levels.
