During the specialized workshop on "Essentials in Medical Education" and as a part of the fifth international scientific conference at the College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel on Friday, February 16, 2024, an exceptional initiative project to develop medical education in Iraq was started . Dr.Nafar Burhan Ahmad, a member of the committee of the Iraqi Network of the Royal College in Iraq , the esteemed rector of University of Alkafeel , Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan , vice-rector for scientific affairs , Asst. Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, were present. Dr. Nafar discussed the new "Young Iraqi Educators" initiative, aimed at training medical students with the latest knowledge and educational technologies. This project aims to create a new generation of doctors trained in modern medical foundations recognized globally, aiming to enhance medical education in Iraq and improve health services. The event was highly sponsored sponsored by the Iraqi Network of the Royal College of Britain in Iraq and in collaboration with the College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel , this unique experience in the Iraqi medical field reflects the commitment of the concerned parties to improving the quality of medical education and the level of health care in the country.
