The Rector of University of Alkafeel, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and the vice-rector for scientific affairs , Asst. Prof. Dr. Nawal Al-Mayali, welcomed in their office on Monday, 4/12/2023, an academic delegation from the Aster International Foundation, a multidisciplinary institution in the field of health services, to study the needs of the institutions of Al-Abbas Holy Shrine and to prepare a future plan for cooperation between the two parties. The delegation was briefed on the educational institution at the university, especially the technological developments used in classrooms and modern educational laboratories, and the systems followed, which are comparable to those in prestigious international universities. Prof. Dr. Hilal Bahjat Al-Saffar, the Medical Education Advisor at University of Alkafeel, stated that the purpose of the visit is to establish long-term cooperation between University of Alkafeel and the Aster Health Foundation in health, pharmaceutical, and medical fields, at all levels of undergraduate and postgraduate studies, which will be a qualitative addition for both parties. The delegation expressed their great happiness and admiration for the modern technologies, infrastructure, and systems at the university, and expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the esteemed university Rectorship for the warm reception.
