In the context of efforts to enhance academic cooperation, the esteemed rector of University of Alkafeel, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahaan, hosted an academic delegation from Diyala University. The visit on Wednesday, 10/1/2024, aimed to enhance scientific exchange between the two universities. The meeting witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement covering various areas of scientific collaboration, including research and technical capabilities. The delegation was led by the esteemed Rector of Diyala University, Prof. Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and included thevice-rector for scientific affairs  for academic affairs, Prof. Dr. Amer Mohammed Ibrahim, the director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Montadher Abbas, and the director of University Media, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdul Sattar Hussein. The visit included a tour of the university campus, inspecting its colleges and scientific departments, visiting educational laboratories, modern halls, infrastructure, and systems that mirror those in prestigious international universities. A detailed explanation was provided about the Al-Siraj University Management Program, designed by Iraqi hands at the Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology. At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed their happiness with the cultural exchange and praised the educational and academic level at University of Alkafeel, presenting a commemorative shield from the presidency of Diyala University to Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahaan, in appreciation of his efforts and contributions to enhancing academic cooperation between the two universities.
