On the morning of Wednesday, January 24, 2024, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saad Mushkor Walid Al-Ziyadi, and a group of college students, visited the Middle Euphrates Center for Cancer Treatment in Najaf Al-Ashraf. During the visit, the Dean met with the Administrative staff of the Cancer Center, Mr. Maytham Abdul Hamza, and several medical staff members. This visit aimed to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between the college and the cancer center and provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the specialized health centers in Najaf Al-Ashraf. The Dean emphasized the importance of this visit as an expression of the college's commitment to its students, motivating them to follow the correct scientific path in education and focusing on the segment of cancer patients. At the end of the visit, the hospital administration and the families of the sick children expressed their gratitude and appreciation to University of Alkafeel, its faculty members and students for this valuable humanitarian initiative.
