The University of Alkafeel held a preparatory and organizational meeting today, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in preparation for the final session of its council, chaired by Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahaan, the university rector, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, the Vice-Rector. The organizational committees from the colleges deans , their vice-deans and department heads discussed the final preparations for the activities of the Fifth International Scientific Conference, as of 17 to 18 February 2024. The meeting covered task distribution and the evaluation of committees  readiness, focusing on the last logistical and organizational preparations, such as the scientific sessions schedule and ensuring the necessary logistics are in place. The chairpersons for the sessions and a deadline for scientific research submissions were determined, the preparation of the abstracts booklet, technical and audio preparations, and identifying the designated halls for scientific discussions were  all also reviewed .   

Finally, the meeting the university rector directed the committees to intensify efforts to ensure the success of the fifth scientific conference, reaffirming the university commitment to enhancing scientific cooperation and disseminating research globally. These preparations embody the continuous pursuit of the latest research developments, supporting the conference status as a qualitative and comprehensive scientific event.
