University of Alkafeel held a specialized workshop “ Essentials in Medical Education" for the second day on Friday, February 16, 2024, and its fifth international scientific conference activities in partnership with the Iraqi Network of the Royal College of Britain, elite medical Professors from nonstate and state Iraqi universities. The workshop was attended by the esteemed rector of University of Alkafeel , Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan , vice-rector for scientific affairs , Asst.Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali and a number of medical Professors from Iraqi universities. Participants in the workshop receive a certificate from the Iraqi Network of the Royal College of Britain in London. The workshop emphasized the critical principles of adult medical education and how it differs from children education. It also defined the educational curriculum, its types, and the differences presented by specialized Professors from various Iraqi universities.
