This statement was made by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by Dr. Yasser Al-Akili, rector of Kufa University, during the opening of the Fifth International Scientific Conference for Medical, Engineering, and Pure Sciences at University of Alkafeel on Saturday.
