In the ongoing efforts to enhance student participation in cultural activities, University of Alkafeel has qualified for the final competition in the Iraqi University Debates World Cup, representing the universities of Middle Euphrates: University of Alkafeel, University of Sabatayn, University of Babylon, and University of Al-Qadisiyah. This achievement was realized on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, after having an outstanding performance that deserves victory over University of Sabatayn. The honorable rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahaan, and the vice-rector for Academic Affairs , Asst. Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali were present, and Dr. Muath Salem Abdulrahman, Head of the Academy for Leadership and Development.These accomplishments are part of the Iraqi University Debates World Cup, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in collaboration with the Department of Studies, Planning, and Monitoring, and the International Academy for Leadership and Development. The final stage of the qualifiers saw the participation of University of Alkafeel and University of Sabatayn, as University of Alkafeel excelled in the art of dialogue and analysis, securing its place in the final stage of the competition.

    These events aim to enhance awareness and develop the skills of university students, reflecting University of Alkafeel commitment to providing programs and activities that contribute to the development of studentabilities and skills and elevate the standard of higher education in the country.
