In the context of efforts to enhance quality standards and institutional and programmatic academic accreditation for the colleges of dentistry , a meeting of the College of Dentistry Council at University of Alkafeel was held on Saturday, 23/3/2024. The meeting hosted the Syndicate of Dentists in Najaf Al-Ashraf, Dr. Salam Al-Aaraji, and Dr. Ahmad Al-Kadhimi, in the presence of the dean of the college, council members, and student representatives. The meeting discussed cooperation between the educational institution and benefiting entities, such as centers and sectors of the Ministry of Health and the Syndicate of Dentistry as a private sector, aiming to improve the quality of education and training and ensure the application of academic standards. The meeting also focused on the necessity of providing the scientific and professional aspects required for graduates of dental colleges. Some issues raised by the student representative were reviewed during the meeting, highlighting the college commitment to meeting student' needs and improving the quality of education and training in the field of dentistry.
