The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance at the University of Alkafeel organized an event to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) on Sunday, March 31, 2024, in the presence of the respected president of the University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahaan , the deans, faculty members, department heads and university staff.

    The session began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Mahdi Al-Mayali, the director of the Holy Quran Institute affiliated with the Holy Al-Abbas Shrine in Najaf Al-Ashraf. From the platform Sheikh. Hafiz Al-Dajili delivered a lecture highlighting the noble life and great virtues of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), as well as the injustices he faced, his governance of justice among people, and his wisdom in state administration and mentioned some narratives on the night of the twenty-first .
The session concluded with the recitation of poems and elegies commemorating the tragedy of his martyrdom, may Allah's blessings be upon him, with ambience agony engulfing the attendees.
