The College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel welcomed a delegation from the Najaf Health Department on Monday, April 8, 2024, in the context of enhancing joint cooperation to serve the community and improve health services in the region. The delegation was led by Dr. Basim Al-Adly, director of the Consultative Clinic for Respiratory and Chest Diseases, and their visit was to express their thanks and appreciation to the university for hosting a workshop and scientific lecture on the occasion of World Tuberculosis Day. The delegation expressed their deep gratitude to the university for its effective role in supporting institutional cooperation between the health and academic sectors, aimed at improving the quality of health services and enhancing health awareness in the community. This visit marks an important step towards building strategic partnerships that contribute to enhancing the health and well-being of citizens and enhancing the university's stature as a leading institution in the field of medicine and health.
