On Monday, April 8, 2024, the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at University of Alkafeel held its periodic meeting with the attendance of the department head, Prof. Dr. Haider Kazim Al-Ismaili, and all faculty members. The meeting discussed several issues related to enhancing the quality of education and academic performance, including adherence to the directions and recommendations of the university presidency and college council in monitoring the curricula for all academic stages. The meeting also addressed the field of scientific research, encouraging faculty and staff to change the research paradigm and elevate scientific research, utilizing the significant capabilities available at the university. Focus was also placed on preparations for the second academic semester for the first stage and other academic stages, in addition to completing all educational process-related activities within the remaining duration of the current semester, within the specified period. Discussions also covered the final dates for the evaluative exams and preparing students for them. At the end of the meeting, the department head thanked all attendees for their efforts, emphasizing the importance of collaborative work to enhance the quality of education and scientific research in the department and college.
