The ceremony, at the Educational Group of Al-`Ameed , showed a prominent attendance of officials , dignitaries , figures , the legal custodian of the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine Seid. Ahmed Al-Safi, and the chancellor of Al-Kafeel University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan and the representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Iraqi universities.

     All the graduates in such a ceremony confirmed  that their commitment is to serve the nation and humanity and chanted the acts of loyalty and honesty in front of the shrine of Abi Al-Fadhl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him). In the ceremony was there a video presentation revealing the tale of the youngest martyr in the sacred edict , Fatwa : the student Murtadha Al-Saray, who left his dream of achieving advanced academic degrees to be with a land protecter .

     At the end , there were appreciation shield trophies presented by a number of universities chancellors ,  participated in the ceremony, to the legal custodian of the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine, Seid. Ahmed Al-Safi, in appreciation of his support for the educational process in Iraq.
