The Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at the University of Alkafeel organized a scientific seminar :"Between Pressure and Relief: Importance of Movement in Cartilage Health" on Monday, April 22, 2024. Asst. Prof. Hameed Abdul Hussain presented the seminar, aimed to highlight the role of movement in maintaining and enhancing the health of cartilage.
The seminar included discussions on the significance of movement in preserving cartilage health, as well as emphasized the importance of regular exercise and physical activity to ensure the continuous activity and well-being of cartilage.
