Under the patronage of the University of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the College of Medicine organized, on Monday, 29 April 2024, a visit to the Najaf City Mall, as a part of its efforts to serve the community. The distinguished activity witnessed the participation of second-year students, in addition to representatives of the teaching staff and personnel , as several medical stations were installed in the complex, with the aim of providing free health services to citizens. These services included checking blood pressure, blood sugar level, and body mass indicator to raise the health awareness and provide the medical support to the local community. This initiative comes within the university efforts to enhance volunteer work and boost the humanitarian and service spirit between its students and faculty members.
