The Council of the College of Medical and Health Technologies at the University of Alkafeel held a meeting on Saturday, August 10, 2024, to discuss the final preparations for the 2024-2025 academic year. There are necessary preparations for obtaining program accreditation for the Medical Laboratory Department.
The council, which included a group of academics and officials, discussed the self-assessment report and the improvement plan, as well as the compliance report required for accreditation submission. The council also addressed the distribution of teaching methods and educational materials among faculty members, with a focus on identifying the needs of department for teaching staff.
In another aspect of the meeting, the council reviewed the needs of the college for medical laboratories : essential equipment and supplies to ensure the educational process to run efficiently and with high quality.
These discussions are part of the ongoing efforts at the college to enhance the level of education and training and to ensure that its academic programs align with the highest national and international standards.
