University of Alkafeel mowkib , near the shrine of Maytham Al-Tammar (may Allah be pleased with /him) in the holy city of Kufa, commences providing its various services to zuwars of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) as part of the Arbaeen visit. The mowkib is organized under the auspices of the Holy Abbasid Shrine, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the chancellor of the University.
Mr. Muhammad Al-Hashemi, mowkib supervisor , explained that serving visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) is a sacred duty that Al-Kafeel University is honored to perform annually, as it offers basic services : accommodation for visitors a, lunch and dinner meals and breakfast. Al-Hashemi added that the mowkib provides cold water to visitors in an amount of up to half a million cups and also tea.
In the mowkib, as Al-Hashemi pointed out, there were religious services represented in answering religious fatwas and correcting the reading of the chapters of the Holy Quran, with the provision of incentive prizes for visitors who demonstrate the ability to read correctly, which enriches the culture of the visitors and increases the spiritual benefit of this blessed visit.
