The College of Pharmacy Council at the University of Alkafeel held its first session for the 2024-2025 academic year on Saturday, September 7, 2024, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saad Mashkoor Waleed Al-Ziyadi, the Secretary of the College Council, the vice-deans, and the departmentsheads . The council discussed the key achievements of the previous academic year, during which the Dean conveyed the gratitude and appreciation of the respected University rector for the tremendous efforts made in completing the curricula and ensuring the successful progress of the educational and pedagogical process, and also commended the work of the examination committee.
All the preparations for the new academic year were tackled : tasks of the faculty members and the readiness of laboratories to receive students. The council emphasized the importance of distributing graduation research projects in a way that optimizes the student benefit and aims to develop their research and scientific skills.
To the last, the meeting touched on several important topics related to the forthcoming International Scientific Conference of the University ,its requirements and events to ensure its success and its intended scientific objectives.
