The Codification Committee for Equipment in Laboratories and Educational Clinics at the College of Dentistry held its meeting on Sunday 6/10/2024, on the third floor of the college building, in the presence of the Head of the Laboratory Accreditation Division of the Quality Department. This meeting comes in accordance with Administrative Order No. (710) issued on September 23, 2024.

   There was a discussion on several main points, most notably the importance of coding equipment in all laboratories and educational clinics, and it was agreed to start the coding process from the same day, with a one-week deadline set for the entire process.

   In a step to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and quickly, the committee decided to form a support committee that works under its direct supervision. The committee also stressed the importance of providing strong and secure internet to facilitate coding and registration processes in databases.

    During the meeting, a detailed report was requested on the devices in malfunctions or under maintenance, with the aim of determining the necessary steps to repair or replace them in the coming period.

    In conclusion, the committee recommended the necessity of forming the support committee immediately to ensure adherence to the specified timetable, in addition to providing strong internet coverage to avoid any possible delay.
