As part of the Lifelong Learning Unit there were lecture series, the College of Dentistry at Al-Kafeel University held a scientific lecture on Monday, 10/21/2024, entitled "Gum Inflammation and Its Effect on Dental Implants". The lecture was delivered by Asst.Lect. Ali Faisal Madhloum in the seminar hall on the third floor.
The lecture addressed the most prominent causes of increased gum inflammation around dental implants, and how to deal with them to avoid complications that may affect the success of dental implant operations. The lecturer pointed out the importance of caring for the implant sites, explaining the best therapeutic and preventive practices.
The lecture witnessed a distinguished presence of college professors, as it sparked interaction and discussions about the latest methods in prevention and treatment, which enhances the awareness of the attendees of the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, especially in the field of dental implants.
