On Sunday, 3/11/2024, the Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel organized a field visit to the nursing home in Najaf, in which a number of faculty members and students participated with the aim of strengthening human ties with the elderly and supporting them psychologically and socially.

    This visit comes to show the commitment of the departmentto serving the community, and was under the supervision of the university, there was a meeting with the elderly , men and women. The participants expressed the importance of this initiative, which aims to bring joy to the hearts of the elderly and respond to their health and needs. 

    In this context, one of the lecturers stressed the importance of the moral duty towards this group, noting that this visit represents a practical step in repaying the elderly who have given a lot to their community. At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed its thanks and appreciation to the administration of the home for their efforts in providing a comfortable and supportive environment for the elderly, which reflects their commitment to caring for this important segment in the society.

    This visit comes as part of a series of activities organized by the Department of Anesthesia Technology to enhance volunteer work and community participation, and to consolidate the values of humanity between students.
