As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance educational orientation and psychological guidance for students, the College of Technical Engineering at University of Alkafeel organized an educational guiding lecture on Monday 11/11/2024 : "The importance of Regulation and System for Good Life for Individual and Society", which was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussam Ali Hassan Al-Obaidi, Director of the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at the university.

    The lecture was given at 10:30 am, and was attended by a number of students. In his speech, the lecturer discussed the importance of managing social relations and adhering to educational regulations in the university community. He stressed that a person who has the ability to organize and adhere to instructions can easily adapt to various social and professional environments, whether in the university or in his practical life after graduation.

    Al-Obaidi also pointed out the importance of social relations between students and faculty members, and the necessity for the student to learn how to build good and effective relationships in his university environment. He added that academic excellence alone is not enough if it is not accompanied by social excellence, as social skills are one of the main factors for the success of an individual on both the personal and professional levels.

   At the end of the lecture, the participants expressed their appreciation for the important topic that was raised, stressing the importance of these activities in enhancing social and psychological awareness among students, which contributes to their academic and professional success.
